It does not. When your paid period ends the line simply stops, and we email you a reminder a few days beforehand so nothing catches you out. If you want to carry on, you place a new order — the decision stays with you.
Yes. Email the desk and we will credit the unused portion of your current term against a longer plan, so you never pay twice for the same days. Most people move up to the six or twelve month option after their opening month.
The opening rate is a one-off for first-time customers, which is what lets us price it so low. Returning subscribers order from the standard ladder above — and at £3.33 a month on the annual plan, that is hardly a hardship.
Digital access is delivered immediately, so orders are final once activated. Verified exceptions — an outage on our side running beyond 72 hours, or a duplicate charge — are covered in full. The detail lives on our refund policy page.
