About IPTVMotion — Built in Manchester, Watched Across Britain

We are a small streaming operation with an unglamorous obsession: keeping the picture steady when everyone in the country switches on at once. Everything else we do follows from that.

Why We Started

IPTVMotion grew out of a frustration most British households will recognise. A traditional package had crept past £60 a month, half the channels were shopping and repeats, the sport everyone actually wanted sat behind another bolt-on, and the rented box still managed to stall during the second half.

The IPTV alternatives were not much better. Plenty of them sold enormous channel counts and delivered a stream that collapsed the moment it mattered, with a support address that never replied. The gap was obvious: a provider that under-promised on numbers and over-delivered on stability.

So we built the network first and the marketing second. Edge servers in British and Irish data centres, a delivery layer that keeps a rolling buffer ahead of the picture, and a support desk staffed by people rather than a ticket queue. Then we put a price on it that does not need a contract to make sense, and published the offers without a countdown clock attached.

What We Stand By

  • Stability before headline numbers. A channel that buffers is not a channel. We would rather carry 27,000 feeds that work than claim 50,000 that do not.
  • Prices that stay put. The rate you take is the rate you pay for that term. No mid-contract rises, no activation fee, no renewal that happens while you are not looking.
  • One app, properly supported. Standardising on IBO Player means our installation guide matches your screen and our desk can diagnose a fault without twenty questions.
  • Honest limits. One device per subscription, stated plainly everywhere. We would rather tell you that up front than have you discover it on a match night.
  • Answering at awkward hours. Most problems surface in the evening or overnight. That is precisely when someone is on the desk.

Why Manchester

Our desk sits off Ducie Street in the Northern Quarter, a few minutes from Piccadilly. It is a practical choice as much as a sentimental one: Manchester is a genuine network hub, which keeps the hop between our infrastructure and most of the country agreeably short.

It also keeps us honest. A good share of our subscribers live within a few miles of the office, which means service problems reach us as conversations in the pub rather than as anonymous tickets. There is nothing like local accountability for concentrating the mind on uptime.

From here we serve households the length of the country — Glasgow to Plymouth, Belfast to Norwich — on a single UK-focused line-up rather than a generic international one.

How the Service Is Run

  • Network operations monitor stream health continuously and reroute traffic before viewers notice a wobble.
  • The scheduling desk adds temporary feeds around tournaments, finals and pay-per-view cards, and acts on subscriber channel requests.
  • Catalogue editors refresh the on-demand shelf weekly with new film and series additions.
  • Support covers every hour of every day, by WhatsApp and email, with most tickets closed inside the hour.
